    hi all.... i need to know where i can get best school of education for autism kids... its urgent... please

    @aparnaram depends on the child.

    have you checked with inclusive schools like headstart, APL global, gateway and buzzingminds . maybe if it does not work, you should look at other options. I heard they are now open to austic kids.

    try this list also.
    Schools in chennai accepting ADHD children

    If the schools do not accept look at ..
    look at sankalp, srishti, svabodhini or even saraswathi kendra, or grassroots school egmore.

    thanks a lot shanvy.... the kid is my very close relative who is 6 yrs old.... he is undergoing austism therpy for some yrs... he got recovered too but still no speech from him...

    he can understand what we talk and obey things, can do things of his own... sometimes he shout louder to express his expression.... which we are unable to understand (except his parents)... he has improved a lot from many speech therapies but still he remains silent

    we are very much worried of his future... now his parents are badly want him to go to school for sp kids in chennai....thanks for your information and i'll look in to it..... thanks a lot again... you helped me a lot...

    Hi there, I have heard that a school named Alpha to Omega is excellent. I have a child with the same problem and am considering a move back to India(live in the US currently). So I had a chat with a friend of mine who is a teacher in this field and Alpha 2 Omega was her recommendation.

    Hi,
    I joined this website to ask this question and suprised to c it ... i have a child exactly in the same situation and i'm currently in US (thinking whether moving to India would be a better)... if your kids have joined in one of these schools can you please share some details about the teaching practice, school timing, tuition fees etc...

    They may be a joke compared to the facilities in the us but sometimes the ones here have to accept and work with what is available.
