    @Monika,

    Congratulations and Thanks for sharing your weight loss success story. I have been doing so, but my weakness is weekends. All my 5 days routine from Mon-Fri will go in vain during weekends by eating outsides. Seriously decided to stop this for couple of months atleast until the end of year. Lets see how it goes.

    Rathia,

    Similar story , i was 53kgs when i was pregnant in 2012. When i delivered by baby i was 73 kgs. I was in my mom's place in the third trimester and hence ate a lot and gained tremendous weight. I shreded all the baby fat and came back to 60kgs when my baby was 3 yrs. Now he is 5 yrs and iam stuck at 60 with ON and OFF weight loss mode. Hoping to get back to my pre pregnancy weight 50 Kgs. Fingers crossed.

    All the best to us.

    Ashwini, we are in same boat. My son is just 21 months and he is taking all my time. I just find it hard to find time for workout. I will update my today's routine later. I am hoping to do workout at least by skipping dinner cooking. Planning to have just cornflakes for dinner[ Motivation from @MonikaSG ]
    fingers crossed. You will definitely be back to pre pregnancy weight.

    @Prash29 you are a motivator. Now we have to work out so we can post something here :).

    Last day I ate so much candy and sweets. I don't know I felt like I am craving for it !! :(.

    Day1 Nov 2nd.
    Today I kept some carrots and cucumber on dining table. In case cravings ,that is all I can eat. It worked :)

    Lots of water .
    7000 steps .

    Now I want to fit in half an hour Zumba too.

    thanks for starting this thread, Ashwini
    Needed some motivation .
    73 to 60 is awesome!!
    Wouldnt 50 be a bit low though ? Personally a BMI around 20 would be good I think.
