    I am back ... this time with a gud news :-D

    I am 2 kgs down compared to my last week's reading....can you believe that... I am literally floating. I am not able to beleive it...planning to check myself tomorrow again :p

    If the present reading is correct then I have crossed the 80s range dear......yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Long time dream...:)

    I am in ttc, thyroid pcod.
    Started dieting yesterday.
    Night is really tough to em to sleep with empty stomach can i have mungdal soul in nyt . Ora. Single chapathi with mung soup.

    Please help me.

    I want to redcue weight by amrch then want to go for iui.

    Is thsi diet is correct for me? Please suggest if i can do anymore.
    Mrng emoty stomach taking synthyroid tablet, 15 mins later warmwater with lemon.

    Then excersie for 30 mins. Then having half cup coffee at 10,

    At 1 ,having corele cup of rice with curry and buttermilk. 500 ml water.

    At 5 having a fruit or beetroot juce or fruitjuice with water .

    Night i am so confused what to atke. I want tofill my stomanch woth soemthing plee suggest me something cnai have mung dal soup?.or rasam , or any fruit juice?

    Hi Shiva,
    How are you? I am back here after so long....This week I have reduced almost 2 pounds after a long gap of almost 4 weeks.
    Now, I am 129.2 pounds. Started with 136 pounds on dec 2011;
    As you can see getting better guidance from IL friends and traveling on the journey. I am going on a vacation to India by march. wishing to reach 125 pounds that time.
    My short term goal for jan end: 127 pounds.
    will try to be there that time....

    hi shiva...gr8 job..i just wanna know do u have any side effects after losing that much weight..n can u please share in how much time did u lose that much weight?
    am also struggling to lose 15 kgs..i have thyroid problem

    i also read ur thread and ur story about the weight loss..
    i too want to start it...but would like to know desperately that how much tyime it took to losse such a drastic number...i m sure u hv put in a lot of hard work and believe me i know how hard is it to control on food..specially when u have to prepare food for d family and u know that u can not have it becoz of diet....anyways do reply asap..

    Hello Shiva,

    I read your success with weight loss and it's pretty inspiring.

    I'm making some changes to my lifestyle and started on watching eating habits and exercise...

    I'm 71.6Kg targeting to be at 58Kg in an year.

    Changes I've done so far:
    Reduced Rice in my meals- 3 to 4 times in a month
    1 hr exercise at Gym atleast 5 days
    No fried snacks
    Only 2 spoon oil in my cooking
    Eating out reduced to twice a month

    My food intake is as below:

    Around 7.15am- grapes- fistful or guava- 1(right now, they are seasonal fruits) in the morning after brushing my teeth

    9am- Breakfast- either Dosa(2) with chutney powder or Sandwich

    1pm- 2 roti, veg subji

    5pm- again grapes- fistful or guava- 1/ roasted peanuts-fistful

    7.30pm- 2 roti, veg subji

    Usually I get hungry in the evening, I munch fistful of Museli when I feel so and drink water

    It's great to see so many ladies being together on thread and getting motivated to have and promote healthy lifestyle.
