    Hi Buddies,
    No exercise on 29th and 30th :(

    Although on 30th I was doing lot of home cleaning and was on my toes the entire day.

    Ladies, I am losing motivation here. Please help me

    hi ladies,
    my updates:
    7:45 am - 1 bowl of honey bunch of oats with milk, almonds (I forgot to have my jeera water today)
    10 am - few slices of apple
    11am - green grapes
    1pm - 2 roti/tomato & a veggie curry/1 boiled egg(white)
    multi vitamins
    eve - little mixed nuts
    dinner - 2 dosa/coconut chutney

    Ex:
    treadmill - 40mins - burnt 250+calories
    squats
    lunges
    arm workout

    This week is not my week I guess. Feeling very tired and weather also changed, very dull, lousy, temp in <55's.. so, just limiting my ex.. or may be am in long weekend mood ;) God knows..

    Hi friends,
    15 mins on treadmill on 1st.
    Nothing on 2nd. Although was on cleaning spree so active most of the time.

    Am not able to maintain diet much.
    Am trying.
    Would update soon.
