    - regular food , portion control
    - 1 hr walk, 30 mins yoga
    - 3 hr gaps maintained

    Weight: 150.2 lbs

    07/22:
    - regular food , portion control
    - 15 mins walk, 30 mins yoga
    - 3 hr gaps maintained

    Weight: 150.6 lbs

    cheers for your dedication.. and continue the same..
    You really have to work on your diet..
    I dont see the weight going down.. which means.. theere is a mistake some where.

    You are right. There is not much weight loss. I saw inch loss in my waist and my upper abdomen almost became flat.

    Whatever my diet may be, i noticed the difference when i did 1 hr brisk walk. Good part was, i breezed through my periods with no bloating and weight gain. Happy for that!
