    Searched and found out this thread. I find it very ideal it suits to my needs. I also don't want to do more than 150 minutes of fast walking.

    Sometimes back I started another thread for the same purpose but nobody is joining me. Hence,U abandoned that thread of mine and reactivated this very active old thread.

    Mere 150 minutes per week is more than enough for me.

    If I do 13 minutes of moderate speed walking, I will count it is 10 minutes of fast walking.

    My targets for the week from Monday to Sunday: 150 minutes of fast walk.

    Monday ( 25. 6.18 ): 30 minutes fast walk done, 3.20 km walked.

    Tuesday ( 26.6.18): 30 minutes fast walk done, 3.24 km walked

    60 minutes done, 90 minutes to be done.

    Wednesday 27.6.18: 20 minutes fast walk, 2.2 km done.

    70 minutes more to do , before Sunday
