10k Steps Challenge For 3 Months.

    Hello everyone,

    I have been trying to loose weight since from very long time but unable to do because of lack of motivation. I really want to reach my target by the end of this year. I have planned to do 10k steps everyday for 3 months and loose 5 kgs.

    Current weight:60kgs
    Goal weight : 55kgs (By end of DEC 2016)
    Target weight:50 kgs (By FEB 2017)

    Friends,if anyone interested for this challenge please do join with me and lets do it together.

    Walk walk or run .... 5 miles
    Did 12316 steps ; 5.5 miles ; 66 active minutes today!

    I have been doing 10K for quite sometime now ! Want to add more exercise but unable to

    Hello dear ,

    Thanks for stopping by. You can use the app in your mobile which keeps track of your no of steps you did either by walking or jogging.Take it slowly if you are beginner,then eventually you can increase your no of steps count .

    I do 30+ mins walking + Jogging in the early morning and evening.At first I did around 5000 steps then slowly increased week by week to 10,000 steps.Hope this helps
