    March 26 - 31st : 16 L.
    So my total intake in March is 70.6 :)
    Daily average is 2.27 L which is okay I feel. But it was a great challenge and helped me a lot to maintain this amount . I guess we should continue this is April also and see the improvement this month.

    Thank you.. Yes.. Morning some sweating happens during walk and jog but rest of the time in AC for nearly 10 hrs, there's absolutely no sweat at all.

    I will also count from now. Just went through web about required water for our body. It says 2 ltr per day is recommended. especially 500 ml consumed 1/2 hr before meal does help in increasing metabolism and weight loss.. Starting from today.
