    I am good Ana. I am trying to control my diet. I am not very successful though.. especially my weekends are bad..
    I hope we all reach our target by posting here and inspiring each other :)

    I am back after a very short break.. I had my special days of month and was eating resting well without any exercise.
    20-Feb:
    BF: mung dhal sprouts, coffee
    Lunch: Brown rice, mor kulambu, green beans
    Snack: apple, almonds
    Dinner: we ate out :yum: Kara dosa, sambar, chutney

    It was all well for the day until we decided to eat out for dinner.

    I am 68 now. I've lost 1 kg despite my irregular schedule :banana:

    Day15: 4l water, 1 green tea, 1 black coffee, diet followed, cheat late night murmura with namkeen,15000steps

    Day16: warm water+ almond+ black coffee
    20 min brisk walk
    Banana
    20 minutes moderate pace walk
    Stuffed gobhi roti+ dahi+ 2 egg white+ green tea
    Regular half cup tea
    Green chana salad
    Roti+aloo matar sabzi+ dal+ buttermilk
    30 min walk
    Tea
    Fruit+ egg
    20 min walk
    Soup+ salad+ egg/ paneer
    Like to start 10 min walk after dinner

    Hi all
    I am trying to work both on diet and exercise part.weight s reducing gradually but slowly.iam OK with that.
    I've reduced 1 kg after 20 days of work out in gym
    I wanted to reduce not only the weight which I got bcos of this pregnancy but I want to reach my ideal weight according to bmi
    My Lo is 4 and half months,i be reduced from 83 to 71.my goal was to reach 70 before my birthday which falls on 3rd march.
    I am able to fit in all my previous dresses.
    But that's not enough.i be to look n shape so sweating a lot in gym .

    Today

    Breakfast: White peas sundal& milk
    Lunch: 2 rotis, chow-chow spinach dal, yoghurt cheese spread
    Dinner: leftover sundal and dal, milk
    Water. 3L
    Exercise: 45mins
    Challenge completed.

    One doubt:
    Paneer, curd, corn, peanuts, sweet potato: are these items good to include in a weight loss program of high protein diet? I have doubt if they are fattening.

    Paneer, curd, peanuts, sweet potato will help in our weightloss...but for corn, I have no idea...

    Today's weight: 77.9 kg

    Day17: warm water+ almond+ black coffee(50 cal)
    45 min gym done:treadmill:
    Banana + Poha1.5katori(300cal)
    Tea+ egg white one n whole egg(100cal)
    Outside lunch(400 cal)
    Regular half cup tea(50cal)
    Sprouts salad(100cal)
    Tea(50cal)
    Soup+ salad+ egg/ paneer,(200cal)
    Milk one cup(50cal)
    walk after dinner

    @hope26 Thanks. I forgot to mention badam in the list. Is it good for weight loss as well? So how do you eat it? Soak in water overnight and then eat, discarding peel?
