Week By Week Changes To Lose Weight

    Checked my weight today being MOnday . 90.120grm :grinning:
    Not to the target , but i feel its a good job !
    I think sunday had a heavy brunch with hubby , who was back to station , is the culprit of 120 grm , anyways cheerup Madhu great job keep going :grimacing:.
    Had poori with my lil princess for brkfast will have coffee .
    Lunch sabji roti
    dinner sabji roti dal.

    did not go for walk yeek ( its so cold yaar dont feel like puting my legs out of blanket :smile:)

    So Target of the week 1 kg ( 90.12o grms)
    Drink ginger juice in the morning from today on wards drinking gooseberry juice 500ml. ( it has lot of healing properties)
    Don't eat until hungry
    Eat dinner by 7,00p.m
    Do laundry daily ( no washing machine )
    Go for walk ( its still dreaming to be consistent)

    That's from my end ladies .

    Have a happy weight loss week

    Hi ladies,

    My p's started from yesterday so did not get on the scale today...
    This week target -
    1. Walk and suryanamaskars from Wednesday onwards
    2. No roti/rice/bread or sweets after 5pm
    3. Finish dinner by 7pm
    4. Salad and fruit daily
    5. Herbal tea before bed without sugar
    6. Most imp - eat only when hungry

    HI everyone
    Today walked for 45 mins in the morning
    5000 steps only
    Should attend a marriage this week
    From next week should stick to 10000 steps a day

    I'm having severe throat infection...so no mood for workouts..
    Well here goes my update
    BF-1 egg sandwich
    1 cup instant coffee
    2 idly & Chutney for lunch
    Dinner-yet to decide,,,but will keep it low

    Hi All,
    Coming to my story now ,
    I was 86.4 when I started and in between I lost like 1 kg per week.At some point I reached 82.4 kg. But from last 2 days my weight is showing 85kgs.

    So due to that frustration started my dinner again. But eating healthy and working out. Planning to eat normal 1600 calories and workout for half an hour.May be I just lost water weight,and it came back in 2 days.

    Little depressed how much ever I try to be positive.

    That means your metabolism is very slow and that's why you are gaining weight

    Thanks for appreciating.
    I did my cleansing for 9 days which increased my metabolism, threw out my stored fat and I felt more energized and skin became so lovely and I till now did gained any weight back. And I am in well shape
