One Week Challenge!

    Hey beautiful :)

    Day 2 - post warm up 15 mins walking, 15 mins Elliptical and 15 mins cycling....
    I need to know what kind diet u are following ?

    great! successfully two days completed!

    my diet is a regular one.

    Breafast: Idly/ dosa/ Upma/ Pongal/ Kitchidi

    Snack: boiled corn/ fruit bowl/ Soup/ salad

    Lunch: Rice/ curry/ sambar/ curd

    evening snack: a glass of oats

    Night: if having roties three, if I am eating rice, I eat it at around 8PM - I usually go to sleep at 10.30PM

    If I indulge in any snacks like samosas or biryani or any sweet, then I compensate it by eating salads for two times a day the next day! Biscuits is usually the plain bland ones like oats or marie biscuit. I recently bought a whole set of sauces to make the salads a lot more appetizing. Thanks to them, I am enjoying the salads a lot these days.

    Bit same...

    Before workout 2 - 3 dates
    After workout green tea with lemon without sugar
    Breakfast Idly/dosa /upma/ kitchidi/ Wheat bread toast with egg whites
    Mid morning 1 apple or orange or dates or any nuts
    Lunch Small cup of rice with sambar or vegetable rice or dhal rice
    Mid lunch milk tea with biscuits or dates or any nuts
    Dinner fruits and any tiffen in alternate days

    This Saturday in my gym they will provide diet plan so until that am following this... :)

    Yesterday was ok for me too!!!

    Dance for 35 mins and walking for 12 mins!! Had loads of work at home so had to compromise on this!

    oh.....why? no good sleep?

    how are you coping with the aches. Me have a terrible time sitting and walking....

    Not like that... I slept good.. Floor exercises made me tired...
    Before going to sleep my hubby will give a nice leg massage :p

    Lucky you!

    If I ever ask my H, he will put his heavy legs on mine and with a superior look on his face will say 'there now, isn't it better' - and I keep wondering 'better for whom' :eek::thinking:

    Before sleeping keep ur feets in warm water for 10 to 15 mins...
    If you whole body aches take a hot water bath..
    It will refreshing :):)
