    How are you all,i am here after a long time and would like to be regular in updating my food habits as i see myself have gained a lot with focus on my work and not on myself.

    How are you girls?It has been crazy days, weeks, months....
    I lost track of september in IL completely...

    My quick updates on September:
    Name-Sridevi
    Team -3
    Sep 1- 142.6 lbs/ 64.8 kgs
    Sep 30- 136.2 lbs/ 61.8 kgs

    Very minimal exercise just to keep me active. But concentrating mostly on diet.
    Started October the same way. Need to follow an exercise routine along with diet.

    My October Updates:
    October 1- 136.2lbs
    Oct goal- 130 pounds

    Workout updates:
    oct 1- 1 hr floor workout
    oct 2- nil
    oct 3- 45 mins therapy
    oct 4- nil
    oct 5- nil
    oct6- 45 mins therapy
    oct 7- nil
    oct 8- nil
    oct 9- nil
    oct 10- 45 mins therapy
    oct 11- 30 mins floor workouts
    0ct 12- nil
    oct 13- nil
    oct 14- 30 mins walk

    My goal for this week is to include atleast 5 days of 30 mins workout.

    Hi Sri,

    I'm there too...I wont be able to concentrate on workout this weeks, but diet planning to skip dinner for all coming 5 days, coz we have lunch 5 days from now at our office..

    I hope all our dear friends would be back as well

    Oct 15- 30 mins lower body and knee exercises, 10 mins upper body muffin top workouts, 10 min feet exercises.

    Oct 16- 20 min seated cardio exercises.
