    Yesterday did 30 minutes Bipasha dance workout...If anyone doesnt like to work out, then u should really try this...it really gives u a full body movement and not at all boring...

    Been a crazy couple of months. Keeping food in check, not much exercise. I can probably get started on proper exercise in by first week of Oct.

    My diet :
    Morning: lemon and honey with warm water
    Breakfast: any type of breakfast 2 in quantity
    Mid meal snack: fruit and a glass of buttermilk
    Lunch: 2 pulkas wid curry
    Evening snacks: rusk
    Dinner: 2 pulkas wid curry
    Exercise: morning walk 45 mins
    Evening walk 45 mins
    Water: 2 ltrs
