    Dinner-1 dosa

    No work outs as it is weekend

    lunch: spl thali lunch in office
    eve: 1 piece cake, 6 pieces potato chips and 1/2 cup miranda
    dinner: half plate masala papadi chaat & 1 rava dosa

    walking: 30 mins
    water: 3 litres

    Was a day full of outside food! Call it a junky day :(

    I am able to follow my no rice diet and somehow got used to it now.........should wait n weigh next week for progress.....

    I somehow feel initial 5kg loss was fast.....now its little slow

    Today I weighed myself early in the morning before having anything and the weight was : 76.3 kgs! So I would stick on to this morning schedule of weighing before eating anything.

    Let me know how you ppl weigh yourself? In the morning or in the evening?

    @BDivya I normally check weight in the morning. I guess that will be more accurate as weight will fluctuate after having food.

    Eve: Coffee
    Dinner: 2 idly, sambar
    1 banana
