    lemon honey water
    brunch : lemon rice & onion raitha
    eve : veg little cheese sandwitch and coffee
    dinner: 2 chappathis , bhindi subzi, potato subzi and snake gourd subzi (all subzis day!!) and curd rice
    late dinner : 1 cup milk

    Hello ladies how is everyone doing. @BDivya and @chillbreeze so good to read your updates. I have been excersing but not watching my diet, hope to start a diet plan from this month so will post an update tomorrow.

    eve: tea & 5 parle g biscuits (heard Parle G biscuits are low in calories & healthier compared to other biscuits! )
    dinner : Rava upma & coconut chutney

    water : 3litres
    walking : 30 mins
    workout : 20 min - SN & LW
