    1 tsp amla juice
    Poha
    Rice, drumstick sambar, rasam, ridgegourd poriyal
    1 cup tea, peanuts
    Dosa with tomato chutney

    Exercise: 20 mins of Jessica Smith's cardio and 30 mins of physio

    1 cup tea
    1 bread slice, few potato chips
    Rice, chicken curry, rasam
    1 cup coffee, corn
    1 chocolate milkshake
    Rava khicdi

    Exercise: 30 mins physio

    For weight loss avoid the following.
    white rice (use brown rice or quinoa)
    Rava
    White bread (use brown bread)
    Potatoes (use sweet potato)
    No outside juice (fresh juice only with no additives)
    No sugar (Not in tea or other things)

    Do the following:
    Drink warm water with one teaspoon of lemon
    Take honey with one tea spoon of cinamon
    Take Fenugreek seeds soaked overnight in water
    Take fresh made karela juice with plenty ginger and lemon, remove the seeds and mix everything in mixture. It doesn't taste bitter at all.

    I reduced 12 pounds in one month doing all of the above.

    wowww... 12 pounds in a month is great.
    Did you also exercise? or you just followed the diet which you mentioned above?

    also In the "DO the following" section, should we do all everyday or one thing per day?

    I would like to join this group to achieve my weight loss goal.
    Plan: To walk 1 hr everyday, do 30 min of yoga or weights
    Meal Plan: BF Morning Oats+ raisin+ 2 tsp sugar
    Mid morning snack: couple of healthy biscuits or half banana
    Lunch: 1 bread toast with Peanut butter
    Evening Snack: 1 cup sundal or fruits
    Dinner: rice+sambar+any vegetable subzi OR 3 chappathi and subzi

    Lunch: 1 cup sundal
    Snack:1 piece cake( homemade) I know it is not healthy, but ok
    Dinner: 1 cup multi grain porridge with 2 teaspoon sugar
    6 cups water minimum
    No rice today
    Workout 1 hr walk, 100 jumprope
