    JULY 23 : Today evening did a fun cardio dance workout by Jane Fonda for 22 minutes and a good 5 minute cool down stretch by Kelli.

    15 obliques on both sides
    neck exercises

    JULY 25:A 30 minutes yoga session from Gaiam yoga and 1 set of Sun salutation.

    JULY 25: This evening did a short yoga back and Abs workout by Jane Fonda.Good stretches for the back and pelvis.

    JULY 28: A moderate to brisk paced walk for 35 minutes this morning.

    Finished a batch of Kettlebell workouts for 20 minutes.
    5 sets of workouts in different reps of 15/14/13/12 times each.Interesting and a super workout.
    Did 2 sets of 5 minutes stretches and cool down.

    JULY 29: WALK FOR 1/2 HOUR
    JULY 30:Morning walked for 35 minutes.
    Did a 25 minutes kettle bell workout from the you tube.Used 8 pound dumbbell for this.
