    21/6 - 2 miles with Leslie sansone..☺
    22/6 - 2 miles with Leslie sansone..☺
    23/6- 30 mins walking:banana:
    24/6 - 30 mins walking :innocent:
    25/6 - 30 mins walking :hearteyes: - will do Leslie after a week
    26/6 - rest day:sleep::sleeping1:

    I have been doing Leslie's workouts from a long time..eventually i got bored ;(.
    Accidentally came across Jessica smith's workouts, search for Jessica TV on youtube, there are tons of videos both high and low impact variations.
    I am on weight loss journey (on and off) from past 6 months, from past 1 month I am consistent and love jessica's workouts, due to variations in workouts I am motivated and on track. i started at 79 in jan2016, as of today I am 71.
    target - 62 by sept 2016.

    best of luck to those on weight loss journey.

    TIP:
    Most of us know having dinner early aids weight loss, if we are consistent on timings of each meal we can see amazing results..:)

    Hi Melon I loved LS walk.
    Few years back I started my weight loss journey with it.
    After delivery have few health issues, hence even a simple workout like LS has become tough for me.
    Would love to join you and do what ever I can.
    Hope we will motivate each other and be consistent.
