My 3rd time weight loss challenge: Working mom with 2 kids

    July 22
    breakfast - boost, 2 wheat bread slices, soaked almonds, 1 boiled egg white
    mid morning - 1 banana
    lunch - 2 chapati, 1 small bowl brown rice, vegtable & yogurt
    eve - 1/2 apple
    dinner - 2 roti & plain milk

    Ex:
    Treadmill - 60 mins (couldn't note down miles, cal)
    Elliptical - 20 mins

    I see change in my wt already :biggrin2: (scale is moving down)

    Yes, I was in India for 4 months working for offshore (remotely). I suffered a lot due to heat in India (March, April months).. I had visa issues so I had to stay longer there. I came to US 3w back and I started my routine ... Gained a lot of wt in India so planning to reduce it before my son 6th birthday :clap

    Yes am working full-time. That's why I prefer BBM 4.0 workout since it lasts only 20 min.
    Are your in-laws or parents with you here? Or are you taking care of your kids, home and work alone?

    I'm not working right now waiting for my EAD approval (but very busy with my job searching.. that's why no time to post any updates here). Once, I start working my parents will come here.

    Hello Ladies,

    I'm not finding time to post my updates.

    I follow the same diet almost daily (except weekends) and I do my 80 mins workout 6/7 days per week and with some extra dedication and determination this time, I lost ~3 - 3.5lbs this month. I'll post my updates on weekly basis.
