    i am fine dear... now after august i kick started my workouts severely. as of winter couldn't able to reduce the increased weight...

    hi... it would be better if you post all your miles together everyday like others so we can see how many miles you did so far... just note down all the miles everyday in note pad or somewhere and post it everyday..

    my weight always been 121 lbs... sometimes back it drop to 118 lbs... i am short in weight so we cant see much difference even if i lose couple of pounds its only i can feel the change when i put on clothes...

    hi... its like that some days i walk 8 miles... wish we only have that kind of energy everyday......... hahahaa too greedy right..15 mins is same as one mile...and note down everyday miles you did in note pad or somewhere and post it here so you can see for yourselves how many miles you covered so far........... i guess thatswhat your doubt is...
