    could not do cycling. (two days continuous, no cycling) .

    Same with me, both the days my other chores/late wake-up in the mornings spoiled the game. Sunday evening though I had time, I was too tired to go to Gym.

    Got the complete menu/dress planned for the next week, had all necessary groceries/veggie, so hopefully I'll be more efficient in managing the time over the weekdays and be sincere on my Cycling+Gym efforts.

    It is a coincidence that for two days, you were lazy and I am lazy.

    Good that you are determined to be active in workouts and cycling in the coming days. I have also done the same thing.

    I am sure, in the coming days your workouts and cycling will be consistent and continuous !

    Cycling 32 minutes 7.4 miles 170 calories
    Stepper 6 minutes 30 floors 80 calories
    Treadmill 10 minutes 0.5 miles 50 calories

    Rode 9.85 km in 47.49 minutes at a speed of 12.4 km/hour (mapmyride)

    18-Nov - Was so tired after coming back from work, still dont want to miss today. so just did cycling only, 32 mins 6.8 Miles

    So nice that you did 32 min cycling in spite of tiredness !

    I had sleep disturbance yesterday night, due to which am feeling tired now. But, I am determined, I will not sleep, without doing cycling today.
