    mrg-green tea with lemon h honey
    bf-2dosas with garlic coconut chutney
    lunch-tamarind rice with potato stir fry
    eve-kanji ,peas sundal
    supper-2 chapatis with tomato kurma,1 pcs of black forest cake
    fruits-guava n orange 1 each
    waterintake-2.5l
    wo-skipping-100 counts,surya namaskar-10count,abs n thigh stretch 10mins each

    1 lime juice with honey
    BF - 3 breads, tea, and 1 mug milk with horlicks
    Snacks - 1 bowl poha, 1 tea
    Lunch - 2 rotis, 1 small bowl cabbage, 1 small bowl dal
    1 apple and 2 chickoos
    WO: 20 mins walk (doc has asked me to avoid intense workouts so only going to do walks for some time now.)
    1 mango dahi
    Dinner - 2 rotis, 2 piece fish curry, 1 small bowl veg raita, 1 tablespoon rice, cucumber salad
    1 plate water melon
    2 litres water

    Hi friends,

    Yesterday too much
    eating
    Bf.-.wheat flakes, 1 appam and curry
    Lunch...1 medium bowl biriyani, 1 slice cake, 1 chicken tart,
    Snacks...Spinach puffs
    Dinner...1 pear, half apple
    Had birthday party

    Today ....B.F...Small bowl upma
    Lunch 2 tbsp...rice...1 bowl dal
    Snack...5 biscuits and coffee....
    Dinner....milk , fruits

    Have opened my online store...so too much busy....friends really busy so cant update all days....but definitely don't want to leave this thread....that's what makes me feel....by night...Oh! I haven't updated...hope TL I'll excuse me...

    18th November 2014 Tuesday :

    Breakfast : 5 small chapatis, aloo tamatar sabji, two choco-chip cookies, Calories = 440

    Lunch : Rice, curd, rasam and chicken , Calories = 495

    Dinner : chicken biriyani, Calories = 730


    Snacks : 4 teas, 100g pinapple, half banana, 1 cucumber, 2 dig biscuits, Calories = 496

    TOTAL CALORIES TAKEN IN THE DAY : 2160

    EXCESS CALORIES : 190

    Overeating / Normal eating / Less eating = Overeating

    Workouts :

    TL - I think you should tell yourself that you will have biryani only once in a week. Its important for you to not have biryani so often if you would like to see a change in your weight. All the best!

    You are absolutely right. I seriously desire to limit biriyani to once a week only. This thought I have for the past so many months. But, I give up, when the desire strikes second time in the week.

    From this week onwards, I will be serious in not exceeding once a week.

    My week challenge would be to have BIRIYANI ONLY ONCE A WEEK , strictly.


    This week's biriyani was on 18th Nov 2014, So, no more biriyani till Sunday. I am determined this week onwards
