    Meal 1: Idly with Chutney
    Meal 2: Rice with curry and Rasam
    Meal 3: Rava Idly with Sambar
    Meal 4: Banana


    All the above with 4 litres of Water and 1 hr of Gym.


    Yipeeeeeeee!! Last day of NO JUNK WEEK todayyyyyyyy....:2thumbsup:

    Meal 2- boiled egg , kale muttiah , sweet chutney
    Meal 3 - green tea, apple, yogurt
    Meal 4 - rice , beetroot pachadi , bitter gourd
    Meal 5 - green tea, almonds, strawberry
    Meal 6 - 2 chapathi , paneer masala

    Water - 3.5 litre

    Exercise

    Finally my diet for 9/5

    Meal 1: Upma
    Meal 2: Rice with curry and rasam
    Meal 3:Uthappam
    Meal 4: Banana

    With only 2 lts of water today..:-( and no workout.
    Tired with loads of work at Office... huh..

    Here goes my *****

    BF : 2 dosai + chutney pdr & oil
    lunch : rice + veg sambar + lady's finger fry.
    dinner : mc spicy panner burger + 3 fries.:bonk :bang. i dint get burger for me, they bought 2 mc spicy chicken burger meal , free panner burger so i ate that.

    water : 2 lts

    exercise : orbitrek - 15 mins,, ( back to form, got up inthe morning jus to do exercise)
    LS 1 mile walk.

    Thursday friday went bad.. Thou didnt eat much... Had wrong choice of food...

    Will get back on track from tomorrow....

    hi everyone
    it seems all r loosing weight except me :(
    past 1 wk iam eating only healthy food like apple ,quinoa and oil less curries
    and doing lot of exercise but still not loosing weight
    hmmmmm
    any suggestions??

    All,
    As I said I read an article on Green smoothies,I have decided to take green smoothies for 15 days from today for improving my facial skin and hairs and also it helps in weight loss too.

    Day 1
    Meal1: oats with fat free milk
    Meal2:Green smoothie(romain lettuce,spinach,celery,apple,pears,lemon juice,coriander leaves)
    Meal3:1/cup Tofu rice
    Meal4:sweet corn chat
    Meal5:Apple

    water:2 lts
    exercise:Leslie walk 2 miles

    todays update
    breakfast apple
    lunch 1 cup cooked quinoa with tindora curry
    snack 2 muruku
    dinner 1 chapati with cauliflower curry and 1 cup coffee
    exercise 5 miles walking and 25 min cycling
