Attempt to lose weight till Feb'13 + Need friends who can be part of this journey

    My updates for Dec 17:

    Food:
    Bfast - 3 dosa
    Lunch - 1 small cup of sambar sadam with veggie
    Dinner - 2 idli
    Had a home made chocolate ystdy - 1 small
    Fruit - 1 apple in the evening

    Water - 7 glasses

    Exercises - walked 30 min. No LS walk.

    May I join this group? My birthday is coming in feb and I need to lose 10-15kgs! I am 80 kgs and 5'5.. My ideal weight will be around 60kgs (that's what I used to weigh in high school)!     Hi,
    Count me in. My weight is 68 and I need to lose atleast 8 kgs. I have started the 10 min cardio-aerobic exercise at home. I also do spot jogging for 10 min. Need to draw out a diet plan as well. Found some inputs on the diet plan in this thread. Thanks for starting the thread. this motivates me.

    My updates for Dec 20:

    Food:
    Bfast - 2 slices bread with nutella
    Lunch - Sambar sadam with veggie (small cup)
    Dinner - 3 chapati (palm size chapati) with channa

    Water - 6 glasses
    Fruits - nil

    Exercise:
    steps (walking) - 2363 steps. I walked more but I forgot to switch on the pedomater in my iphone sometimes
    20 min casual walk
    No LS ystdy ​
