Ginger Benefits for Weight Loss

Dear Surabhi,

recently, I have started expierencing some crackling sound from my knees, I have started working out recently after a gap of 3-4 months. when I sqaut, I hear the sound form my right knee while going down and when I go up, I hear the sound from left knee.

do you know why this is happening? could this be dangerous for my knees, I have scheduled docs aptmnt also.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

See you should better meet an Orthopaedician for specialist’s opinion. When I make exercise regime for my patients many of them face such problems. What I tell them is this...
There can be many causes for a knee clicking It can be serious in some cases. To decide it’s the severity of the condition look at the other symptoms that occur along with your clicking and to see if it responds to some gentle treatment of your own.
First check there is any pain associated with the clicking?
If constant pain is there which worsens on clicking then it may be due to injury while exercising (some time you won’t even aware of the injury). It may disappear in some time (2-5 days). If this lasts for then you should see a doctor. If you have not banged the area then also you are experiencing pain that worsens when you walk, Reason may be insufficient cartilage. This is not a good sign. Consult a doctor as this may turn into arthritis in later stage of doctor.
Another reason of clicking is imbalance in your leg muscles. If you quadriceps are stronger than your hamstrings it can cause a clicking noise accompanied by slight discomfort which will worsen after exertion. In this condition you should do muscle strengthening exercises.
If there is no pain, if it sounds like ‘pop’ then this is nothing to worry about. The knee joint is surrounded by cartilage, fluid (for Lubrication). The fluid is made up of nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide. After exercise it may make sound like POP (same when we crack your fingers). This is healthy and natural but you should not forcibly cause your knee joint to click in this way all the same.
If knee joint is making crunching or scraping noise then this might be the result of your bones grinding against each other. If this is the case then you should be concerned and see a doctor.
Generally when my patients tell me this kind of problem I advise them to have milk, exercise regularly and reduce weight. Then also If the condition worsens I refer them to Orthopaedician

Dear madam,

i am on my Journey of weight loss. and in the night I am having only fruits. i dont feel hungry to taht extent its fine. But i am having a sensitive teeth and a kind of heartburn kind of feeling and sometime a pain in the sides of abdomen. Should i ignore this or what is a solution to this.
