Need to put on weight

    I 'm fitnees freak , I regular go to gym but don't have proper diet to put on weight.

    Please share if there are any homemade shakes which helps me
    in 10 days

    Hi!

    Try taking banana milkshakes everyday. This will help. If you get protein powders which you can add to milk have that too. I remember when I had to gain weight. I had mango/ banana shakes once a day and a couple of milk drinks with Ensure powder( at least 4 glasses of milk a day). Protein drinks build healthy weight rather than sugars.

    Eat plenty of nuts during the day too.

    You can take an egg every alternate day if you do eat them. this is good amount of protein. forgot to add this in my previous reply.

    u want to build muscle or become fat there are two different thing

    build muscle :-
    1. eat lots of protein diet (include pulses - dals, egg -two a day )
    2. protein drink as suggested above

    become fat :-
    1 eat sesame balls evryday (more than 5 )
    2 eat boiled potato with lots of cheese on them

    I totally agree with blessbabydust, potatoes are very helpful. i have seen them work on so many of my friends.
