Body masage oils that reduce fat

Hi Jayu,

I dont think that one hour is a problem.Anyway it will be vanishing when you sweat after excercise.

I just adviced that keeping oil whole night at body may cause problem.

For one hour and all you can keep it in body,sometimes I used to keep it for one hour(its my opinion only).

Then how is the tummy now?Any reduction in body weight?Now a days cant see you any posts,why?Anyway rock:thumbsup

One of my freind can't do exercise has she have backpain problem and doctor has told not to do any exercise.We both has started to go for walk in morning for 30 -45 mins.We both have big post pregnancy tummy.So in how many days we can see the results by using this oil.

Hi Manisha,

I was able to see the changes(like tight sleeves of dress become fitting) in two weeks.Since you have a big tummy I think you may need atlease 3 to 4 weeks.Do one thing dear, take measurement of your tummy before starting Lavana thilam and note it down in your diary,again after one week take measurement again and check whether any difference is there(you may see some small diff).Also check your weight before starting walking and lavana thailam.

Walking is a very good excercise,do brisk walk.45 mins - 1Hr walk is a good for health also.It will burn 300 calories of body fat I think.Let us know the effects after one week.:thumbsup

hey ppl!
i have been using lavana thailam since the past week.the oil is almost over lol!
and im not sure if ive lost some weight.
but i wanted to ask that how long will it take to lose weight.
i mean if im 36 inches how long will it take to get down to 28?if u got no idea atleast lemme know how long will it take to loose even an inch?
i dont care abt the weight,its only the appearance that matters.if i seem to b very slim and im even 60kgs it wont matter.
so plsss lemme know abt these questions and help me!!
