    16th, 17th no workouts, no diet. should follow it from monday, 2morrow also i dont think i can do any workouts. Next week got 3 functions dont know how it will go with diet but surely will go to gym so will workout. Too many family functions on the way, shd look good for that, so definitely do all things to look gd.

    yes ana, it happens with me also... its nothing but increase or decrease in water weight... dont think too much just check your scale once in week... since u r nursing.. you dont need to think too much.. just eat healthy, drink lots of water, walk regularly and nurse your baby a lot....

    takecare of your health... acidity is very irritating... have mild foods frequently.. drink lots of water...
