Shake Your Weight in 30 days !!!

    The challenge is to shake the weight in 30 days by shaking the body and with sensible eating . I request Priya16,paddubala and Pavani to join in this space to log their daily workout here .[My motivators in the 15 day challenge].

    Goal : To reach 66 kgs by Mar 1st .

    I am really happy to join this thread.Even my goal is to loose 1KG.But today I am down with little bit cold.Not sure I can make it to exercise.But definitly will resume back once I get better.

    Rmpriya,
    I am finally back..My DDs party got over yday and everyone cud notice I have lost some weight :)
    I started working out from Dec 27th and within this 1 month I have lost nearly 5 pounds (my early morning weigh in after waking up) . I am so happy and want to lose the inches now..
    Will do my workout in the evening and post it !!

    Can't beleive it.You lost 5 pounds in a month???Then you have pretty good metobolisum.I am very happy for you.

    Thanks Priya16. The weight had gained due to winter holiday binging. But my main goal is to lose the baby tummy.this forum had been awesome in motivating me. Now too, it feels to good to hear your compliment.This keeps me energized and want to seriously continue doing it :)

    Hi rmpriya,

    I am in for this challenge. My target is to reach 70 by March 2nd. I have my son's Birthday. 2 kgs in this month. Though a bit tough let me give a try.

    With my periods , I could not work with Jilian ; Did 4 light miles with Leslie .
