Zumba exercise and TTC

    Dear ladies,

    I regularly attend the Zumba workout class (it is an aerobic kind of fitness routine, but is fast paced and energetic) twice every week. During TTC, will it be okay to do these exercises?:hide:
    I am not very fond of working out on treadmills, walking, running etc. I love doing zumba and get a full body exercise as well. However, I am not very sure of the kind of exercises one is allowed to do during this time.

    Please share your valuable suggestions:)

    Hi Tuliplady,
    Mild exercise is ok while you are in 2ww. My Dr advised me not to go for any new exercise or practise a new posture while we are in 2ww or when we are pregnant. In that way since you are doing doing regular exercise it should be ok.
    Safe side check with your trainer and your Dr..

    Hi Tulip Lady,
    I would like to second Sharanya's....
    If your exercise routine involves more pressure to your tummy, Try to avoid it. Mild exercises are fine during 2WW.
