    Dear beesidhu,
    For cucumber pachadi:
1 - chop cucumber very fine - grind fresh coconut with green chillies - mix both with salt & fresh curds. It is optional to temper with a red chilli & mustard seeds
2 - No cooconut - to chopped cucumber add red chilli powder, salt & fresh curds & blend well.
    Love,
    Chithra.
