ingredients: onions- 1/2 cup chopped carrot-1/2 cup grated capsicum-1/2 cup chopped tomatoe- 1/2 cup chopped(optional) salt to taste turmeric powder a pinch red chilli powder-1/4 tsp coriander leaves chopped for garnishing bread loaf procedure: heat oil in a pan, add jeera seeds, then onions. after they turn brown, add carrots and capsicum. fry for sometime. then add tomatoes. add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. fry till the veges are cooked. add coriander leaves. toast bread with some butter or margaraine. stuff the fried veges inside 2 breads and serve.
