    Hello Ladies,

So far, I do Surya Namaskar and am up to 45 repetitions 5 days a week.

And I have recently introduced 24 minute meditation on floor, once when I wake up, and once before I sleep.

I am interested in doing yoga for Reproductive Health.

I hears of Urdhva Retas, but I cannot find any associated poses.

Even though my menses seem normal (lasts about 5 days, occurs every 24 to 25 days), I find it unsettling because sometimes I see clots as late as the 4th day.

Such yoga exercises would help us ladies, kindly share your knowledge.

Learn kaya kalpa exercises, which will strength your anus muscles and improve your reproductive health. But it should be learnt with proper guidance.

Are these the exercises? I guess you do each one 21 times, but what is 3 mudras?

And would they be done after Surya Namaskar (I do them right after 24-minute morning meditation)?
