Breakfast-Dosai ,Coriander chutney Lunch-Rice,Oats kesari, chappati, jeera rasam & vazhaikkai podimas& curd ( my b'day) snack-semiya upma & tea Dinner-same what i had in the lunch
yesterday my dinner was too good, after posting the parathas i got very hungry and when my daughter did rasam and beans kari it was not enough then i told her it must be due to watching all those pictures so she made wonderful paneer paratha and alu capsicum sabji too heavenly and this expression is a small word here....sunkan
dear ladies, i am just joining you all. a very nice game........... in my house sambar is a must everyday 365 days, ..................mg:since my 2nd daughter is a pure vegetarian , also she loves sambar..............and now i turned into a vegetarian........................of course there are other dishes + sambar.................. yesterday, breakfast......... dosa and coconut chutney lunch..........rice, raddish sambar, pavakkai varuval, lemon rasam.......... dinner......... chappati, tomato chutney, raddish sambar love padma
Breakfast--- Idli and Milagai podi (left overs) Lunch -- curd rice and a banana Dinner -- roti with cauliflower manchurian, and 1/2 pear
Hi Suj, I will PM you for ghugni's recipe. breakfast - sprouted moong fry lunch cauliflower curry and chapati, salad dinner - :wowit was great went for a birthdayarty so we had softdrinks/veg soup spring roll nan/puri green salad aloo dum tarka dal paneer butter masala veg biryani papad icecream roasted chicken and chicken curry (but i am pure vegitarian)

breakfast.......soft boiled egg with toast and lot of butter in it. a mug of burnvita. lunch......rice with lamb curry dinner curd rice with sausage of frankfurt and chocolate dessert.
