Breakfast.......idly with onion chutney, chocolate drink. lunch.....chicken fry, prawn curry, chicken curry for hubby and children. i ate curd rice with a little bit of chicken. dinner......pulihara lemon rice with salami and banana.
Breakfast---- banana Lunch ------ rasam +potato curry and curd rice Dinner ---- Idli+ onion sambhar and idli Milakkai podi (Chilli powder)

breakfast - masoor dal pakori with fried green chillies lunch - gujrathi dal, rice, cabbage subji , salad & papad dinner - bread sandwitch (potato) & apple
Breakfat : one coffee at 6 and another coffee at 9am LUCNH : Palpayasam,cucumber raitha, roasted vazahkai curry,palamusu parupu usili,bitter gourd curry with cocunut,curryleaves/ginger thogayal, mango n gigner with lemonjuice mixture,vadai, theratipaal,sambar,rasam,morekuzhambu(vadai potta)..... Dinner - Idly, cocnut chutney My appa's monthly ritual called SODAMBAM :--cry: We wont eat all this happily, jus will cry thinking of him.....somemenu here will be his favourites........

breakfast - moong dal pudla with tomato sauce lunch - mutor (dry) ghugni, roti & khandvi (made by my SIL) dinner - ghugni chat for hubby & kids and i had poha, sweet curd and banana strawberry for kids & hubby
