Breakfast-----kanji Lunch---carrot curry, green pepper sambhar, Neem leaves rasam, yogurt rice. Dinner----Moongdhal idli with the same sambhar mentioned, rasam yogurt rice with bites of pears. sriniketan

......no breakfast on sundays,direct lunch only tea for us and milk for children.. Lunch...two currys,bhendi sambar, rasam, roasted papad, salad.... dinner...boiled corns, mixed sprouts (moongsprouts, cucumber, tomato,onion) and fruits......

Hi Sujakalyan, Fried chilles? Its very simple dear you can fry the green chillies without cutting or u can cut into small pieces, heat some oil fry the green chillies for 2 mints take it out and sprinkle some black salt or white salt and a pinch of hing. This goes well with ghatia or finger chips. sorry for the delay.
