    We are planing to immigrate to Canda or Australia , Recently I came across the WWICS consultancy ? does anybody have the experience with them? howz their service ?

    pls advice me in this

    Spouse Visa Australia - Kindly Advice

    Dear Friends,

    I am in Melbourne Australia after my marriage. I have applied tourist for spouse visa on September 19th and it was told that for spouse visa the normal processing time would be 3 to 6 months. In mean time i got my tourist visa for 3 months and it is due on December 28th. My query is I wanted to know whether I have to go to India itself for getting my stamping or shall I go to any near by countries to get it done. The rule is that the applicant should be out of Australia during the decision.

    Kindly Advice

    Processing time for spouse visa 309

    Hi,

    I am in India and have applied for spouse visa on Apr 2009. When i called and checked with the Delhi consulate they said they are waiting for medical clearance from Australia. Usually what is the processing time for visa applied from India? Please let me know.

    Hi Oursite
    I came to Aus with 309 visa.
    I applied on Dec 2007 and i got the visa in April 2008...it takes atleast 4-5 months..
    Be patient..u will surely get it..:)

    Thanks Megha!!! I called and checked with the embassy today they said it is in final process. They didnt give any date. Hoping for the best...

    How's Australia? Hope you would have settled. :)

    Australia is a wondeful place to live ,work and study..
    In the beginning i felt a lil homesick!!
    But gradually v will get over it and njoy...:) which city r u moving to?

    I applied in April end and was told in June that it has been sent for a final decision. Any luck on urs? Did u get it?
