Ladies and Gentlemen, Please find below a poem written by my son, Abhishek and I look forwarad to your comments. For you Words seem to flow As ink touches my paper And why not! I write about a person, Much dear to me, that I fear, even these words won't do justice. Not even the priceless gems can replace what she has given me… A companionship so pure. She is my candle, all the way through but the dripping wax never hurts. Like a rabbit out of a magicians hat produces she, happiness and warmth at will. thankful to fate I am, that it brought us together. I have never felt more magic than when we are together. it grows now all the more All though we are now apart. that is why u are all the more special… I have found a World in you I hope you find one in mine. All the while… My ink hasn’t dried and I know that it will never dry.
Chitra(jan), It is a sweet and tender poem, and Abhishek has a way with words and verse. Obviously, he is writing about you, lucky mom! Tell him to write more.
Dear Chitra, Abhishek's tribute to you is priceless ! You are blessed that your son feels so intensely for you & also that he expresses beautifully. May God bless you both with all that is best. Love To Chitra From Chithra.

Thank you Dear Vidya, Chithra and Sundari, Thank you for your immediate responses. He is going to complete 18 years of age and is staying in Bangalore for the past two years with my hubby's eldest brothers family and has completed his 12th standard with 81% and has been admitted to Amrita College of Engg, Bangalore. This was written one and half years ago and I hope to extract more from him by showing the praises showered on him by you all. I was very moved on reading it and wanted to share it with the whole world and where else can I find better friends than in IL.
Great poem! I am sorry. I had to borrow Abhishek's words to describe his poem. "I fear, even these words won't do justice". Wishes for his bright future. Sriniketan
Hey mom, Cannot blame you for feeling so proud and happy about this poem when a young son dedicates it to you. You are one lucky mom Not knowing the age of your son, I for a second envied the woman who seems to have produced such honey dipped words from him? He is sure to produce many more versed, he has the talent obviously. L, Kamla
Thank you Dear Sriniketan and Kamla, Thank you very much for your kind and encouraging words. He is almost 18 yrs now. I am going home today with a huge smile on my face.
Dear Chitra, That was a very beautiful poem indeed! You should be a proud mother now and you deserve that since I know you for sometime now. Wishing Abhishek all the best for his future and may he write more and more.................. Preethi
Dear Chitra, It's a good poem. Abhishek shows potential which only shows that you now have a greater responsibility in nurturing it. Though the poet's name is Abishek, I am sure, these lines are not penned for Aishwarya Rai. These lines describe you, his mother. (For if its any other person, he would not have shown the poem to you, ha ha ha) As our Valluvar said, ஈன்ற பொழுதினும் பெரிதுவக்கும் தன் மகனைச் சான்றோன் எனக் கேட்ட தாய் When a mother hears about her son's greatness, her happiness is even more than what she had when he was born. I feel happy for you. regards,
