    Hi

Can someone share their experience of working from home with 6 month old ? Planning to hire a cook and maid for household work and work from home with the baby post maternity leave ?

Is it possible to manage without any relative s help ? I dont want to involve my MIL and my mom wont be able to come.

    Thanks

It can be done but you should also get a full-time babysitter. You will not be able to simultaneously watch a 6-month old and work.
My SIL does this. The nanny comes from 8-6. During working hours SIL will shut herself in one room. She only comes out to feed the baby.

My 2 cents.. dont hire cook/maid.
    Hire a nanny.

Nanny can sometimes pitch in for household chores like cleaning/cooking based on pre-agreed terms.

Looking after baby is the outmost important task for anyone you hire. Rest can wait or take second priority.
