will Shirshasana (headstand) yoga cause bleeding like monthly periods?

Dear Frnds,

will headstand (Shirshasana) yoga cause bleeding or spotting like mensturation or monthly periods?

I tried doing Shirshasana or headstand yoga not more than 1 min... i just tried but was not able to do successfully.. i was able to lift my legs and hip partially...

I tried twice the same day but both the time .. i was not able to succeed.. it was just only for few seconds...

I didnt hv any problem but the very next day night me & my Dh had intercourse.. after tht i went to wash room and when i tried cleaning with the tissue i saw light bleeding ?

could headstand yoga cause bleeding? later i didnt hv any bleeding and also i didnt try headstand yoga later...
