I wish to add my My 2cents

It is best to add some rock salt in the bucket of water, which is used for bath. Salt removes negative energy totally. This should be specially useful when you have a bath after a lot of roaming about, when you are feeling mentally & physically exhausted etc.
To eliminate dhrishti, keep a bowl of water (not metal) to which rock salt has been added, in a corner of the main room, where people come. Empty it in the WC or drain & not in the garden - plants will wilt.
I definitely add some rock salt every morning to the water, with which we swab the house.It is said to remove all traces of negativity collected in the house, particularly nooks and corners.
