dhokla... i love it with some fried peppers,mustard seeds,curry leaves and some lemon on the top... mysore pakku is good too except since for a while i been things that are drenched in ghee... but i use to eat that when i was kid... adadosa is that drumstick leaves????? we dont have one at home but we use store bought to make dal with it.. will try when i get a chance next time..

1 regular rice ( Sona masoori or ponni) 3 idly rice 1 1/4 whole urad dal 4:1 ratio In urad dal add some methi seeds and soak it In regular rice add some Poha dry and soak Overnight soak or six hours minimum water should not be too much..as much as it can cover the rice and dal When you grind using a grinder ..don’t like mixie don’t throw away the water used for soaking Use that same water little by little to grind Then ferment it overnight after mixing the batter with hand..not laddle. Awesome It will be

Ohh I love mysorepakku... I haven't found fresh mysore pak similar to ones that we get back where ghee is almost about to drip from every piece
This is the recipe I had followed and found it easy. One additional thing I did was beating the batter with hands for 10 minutes before letting it sit for fermentation.
thank you...its weekend will try it.... i say i will try on weekend and get caught up with things and wont have time to sit down... will seriously try it... this video sure do look yummy... the way she do it everything from scratch..
