    hi ILS,

    I have 2 babies, Im planning for family planning. My Doctors office has given me for 2 choices, sterlization and paracard IUD. Which one the best to do. Please ILS advice me. Is sterlization and Family planning in India( put the knot in utres) both are same or different. I dont know about this. Please Ladies help me out:drowning
