Where to buy designer dress in Chennai?

If you go to mint street in Sowcarpet [Parrys]. You can see many shops hanging designer sarees in showcases. They have in different prices. You can bargain also.

Can u please tell the stiching charges in the above mentioned shops.. I have costly dress materilas for stiching..
