When to shave baby's head bald?

    I delivered my baby girl on 10th July 2015.
    We want to shave her head bald at 3 months. When is the correct time to shave?

    Should it be after 10th September before 10th October or after 10th October before 10th November?

    And also my baby was born on 10th of the month. Can the tonsure be conducted on 19th of the month? 1+0= 1, 1+9= 10 = 1
