Karthigai Deepam festival will be celebrated on Dec.11 or Dec.12th.
i confirmed with my parents today..

Dear Sriniketan

The Malai Deepam is on 11th and Servalaya Deepam is on 12th December.

Mostly Trichy and Thiruvannamalai people will celebrate on 11th and others
on 12th. But normaly we celebrate first day (ie.11 th) as malai deepam,12th
the second day as Main Karthigai deepam and the third day as Kuppai
Karthigai.
