What u feeding your 1 year olds/toddlers?

    Chaaral, dahlia is cracked wheat.
    To make doodh-dahlia, I roast dahlia first and then add milk and some sugar and keep stirring it for a long time. It tastes good. Infact while nursing, my MIL would make the same for me saying that it would help with milk production.
    You can also try the same recipe but use sooji instead. This too tastes very good. My son likes both, prefers sooji though, because dahlia is a little coarser for him right now (he is 14 months old).

    Hi Gayathri , I would like to know which cheese do you feed ur LO?I have not yet tried cheese for my LO ,he will be one in a weeks time,thanks in advance
