Hi friends Today i tried Pepper Egg Rice.Here is the feast for you. Ingredients: Cooked Rice or left over rice -1cup Egg-2(check the egg condition good or bad in a seperate bowl) Veggies like carrot,beans (Optional) Capsicum -1/2 cup soya sauce(optional) Pepper salt Olive oil or normal oil-2 -3 teaspoon Finely chopped garlic Big Pink or white Onion-1 green chilly-1 Tomato-1 Procedure: Take a thick strong kadai add 2 teaspoon of oil,saute garlic when its half cooked add onion,green chilly,tomato Saute well and when its half cooked add chopped capsicumm and veggies one by one. Then allow it to cook if you add veggies otherwise you can add the egg. Now keep the flame low and wait for 30 second without disturbing. Lightly mix the egg and veggies and add salt,pepper DOnt disturb allow the egg to cook now again lightly stirer without breaking. When the egg is semi cooked add soya sauce and off the stove. Mix the rice slowly and stirer well Then your egg rice will be ready

i recently seen a simple recipe in tv.Hence i want to share that here Simple Instant Chicken Sukka Elumbu kulambu-2 table spoon Boneless chicken-200 grams small Onion -10 Pepper-2 teaspoon lemon Juice-2 teaspoon Method: Wash the boneless chicken and keep it aside Grind the onion and pepper .It have to be half grinded (nera nera nu araikanum) Take a pan add 4 teaspoon oil,then add the grinded onion pepper paste and fry it well till the smell gone and the color changes. Now add the bone kulambu and fry for 1 minutes when it becomes lightly thick add the boneless chicken pieces and salt. Check the salt ,pepper spicyness and kulambu gravyness taste an add it if it needed means Add oil if you need means and wait till the chicken cooks and become thick. It will be very tasty and very easy to prepare too. Friends please try it and say how it came
