Sona, noodles recipe podu pa, But I cant assure you when will I try all the recipes you give here, But I will try anyday, Red chutney was superb, I like it, very much, In this thread photos are not allowed dear, as IL has given a separate thread (virtual feast), So I am not uploading it here,

today morning breakfast was spicy coconut chutney with hot idlies lunch was kola urundai,spicy mutton gravy,mutton kulambu,rasam and curd.:rotfl
As our IL friends asked the Veg Noodle recipe i shared here.Please try it and feedback me friends Spicy Veg Chinese Noodles Ingredients: Plain Noodles-1-2 packet Carrot,Beans,capsicum-2 cup Big Onion-1 Soya sauce-1 tablespoon Dried Red chilly-2-3 Spring Onion- Few(Optional) Oil,salt- Required For grinding Green chilly-6 garlic-6 Procedure: Add 2 litres of water when it boiled and bubbles came add the plain chinese noodles After two minutes take it and filter it and wash in cold water and filter it Then take dosa pan or non stick dosa pan and spread 1 or 2 teaspoon of oil Then spread the water filtered noodles on dosa pan in medium flame when one side is half crisped. Then turn other side of noodles if your noodles are more means first add one half and after half roasting finished keep in one plate and add again the rest of the noodles In this mean time grind the green chilly and garlic as paste with little water. Add oil in a small kadai add the broken dried red chilly and fry it well.keep it aside. Take on big kadai add oil and add the chilly garlic paste when it smells well add the chopped onion,vegetables fry it well for a while and add soya sauce and salt needed. Close the lid for a while and when the vegetables are cooked well add the noodles,spring onion,fried red chilly Mix well with two big spoons add tomato sauce or ketchup mix well with low flame for 1 mins and off the stove Close the lid check the salt sweetness,spicy everything was set or add the missing taste Then your Spicy Veg Chinese Noodles will be ready
[FONT="]Rava Dosa Recipe(Very easy to prepare the mix within few minutes) Rava -2cups[/FONT] [FONT="]Maida-1/2 cup[/FONT] [FONT="]Rice flour-1/2cup[/FONT] [FONT="]Cumin seeds(Jeera) [/FONT] [FONT="]Green chilly-1 or 2 finely chopped[/FONT] [FONT="]Coriander leaves-2 Tblspoon [/FONT] [FONT="]Curry Leaves for your optional[/FONT] [FONT="]Salt to taste[/FONT] [FONT="]Water- 6Cups(approx)[/FONT] [FONT="]Oil as required[/FONT] [FONT="]Big Onion-1 Mix all these items in vessel with 6 cups of water that i mentioned and keep it aside for one hour or keep in fridge for one hour which gives crispyness.Then you yummy rava dosa will be ready[/FONT]
Green Peas with potato Masala Cook the Green peas or dried green pataani and potato half or quarter cooked. Take a kadai add Ghee and oil lightly , pattai,lavangam,kraambu When it smells well add chopped onion with pinch of salt which helps the onion cook fastly Add pinch of turmeric powder in this stage and add tomato,ginger garlic paste,chilly powder,salt,karam masaal When the masal gives a good flavor smell add the peas and potato and mix it well. Very lightly spray some water and close the lid.In this stage you can take it If you want some rich taste mean Fry few cashew nuts and little onion in ghee and grind it as paste with little water and add in final stage it gives some different flavor and taste for it
