Happy to meet you all through this week's poll question.
Many of us are very health conscious these days and takes up a lot of effort to maintain their figure and fitness levels.

So this poll question is about Diet and Fitness.

Exercising day after day needs lots of motivation and pushing up.

What is that one thing that motivates you to do exercise?

Ladies, you might have noticed an interesting thread that motivates us ILites virtually through our community, refer link.

    health motivates me

    Dear Laxmi,
This is a nice idea, Laxmi. Hearing about other people's motivation and reasons for those might help. Let us see what happens.

Maintaining health motivates me. I have seen my mother suffering from asthma day in and day out. She always used to tell me ''the ladies of the house should never get sick. If they get sick, then this will be the result , a chaotic house"

There was noone to plait our hairs when we went to school inthe mornings, noone to greet us when we came back, no tiffins and hugs .All the things were used to be attended to by servants. We had a terrible childhood. So, I decided then and there I should never get sick. From that day I was very strict, doing some exercises and looking after my health.

As my daughter asks me to put on some weight. Ammas should be a little plumpy. So now I have obliged her and put on a little more but not much.
